Delivery

Upon reciept of your order, the property will be photographed within 2 business days and your photos and slideshow will be available online in our client login area for you to download withiing 1 business day. Delivery of Slideshows on CD will be hand delivered or shipped via the US Postal Service within 2 business days from the date of photography.

Return Policy

Full refunds are provided for all orders that are cancelled prior to the arrival of the photographer to the property or prior to services rendered. Cancellations can be made by phone by calling 612-267-2400. No refunds will be provided for orders after the photographer has visited the property or services have already been rendered.
