The past year has brought about a lot of uncertainty in the real estate community and as a part of this community we have operated at full capacity in the safest manner possible. We will continue to be your trusted partner during this pandemic so that we can provide you with the tools needed to market your properties. Our photographers will wear masks at all appointments and continue to comply with all CDC guidelines regarding social distancing.

Additionally, our photographers will be continuing the precautionary steps we have put in place.

  • They will sanitize their hands before and after each appointment.

  • They will not shake your hand.

  • They will not hand out business cards.

  • They will move a very limited amount of personal items in the home so we strongly suggest that each home be photo ready when the photographer arrives, including having all of the lights on in the home.

  • They will not turn off lights in the home unless requested.

We ask for your cooperation with our COVID-19 protocols during this time to help ensure the health and safety of everyone involved.

  • Recommended No One Present: We understand that it is not always possible for the homeowner/agent to be out of their home for an extended amount of time so if someone does need to be home we ask that they stay on a different level of the home or if they need to be on the same level as the photographer that they consider wearing a mask and comply with social distancing guidelines.

  • Reschedule your appointment if any occupants are sick or have been sick in the last 2 weeks with COVID-19 related symptoms.

  • Reschedule your appointment if any occupants have tested positive for COVID-19 or have been in contact with someone who has.

  • Disinfect common surfaces including:

    • Doorknobs & Light Switches

    • Tables & Countertops

    • Find approved disinfectants at

  • Photographers will move a very limited amount of personal items in the home.

    • Remove items you don’t want in the photographs

    • Turn on all the lights before the appointment

Also we will be monitoring the wellbeing of our photographers regularly and asking them to stay home if they are sick or showing any symptoms of the virus. This may cause some last minute rescheduling on our end and we thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.
