BUILDER PACKAGE
Many of our photo shoots with our residential partners including Builders, Remodelers, and Interior Designers allows a Spacecrafting photographer to capture the home using their experienced, creative eye to best tell the story while accentuating architectural features and/or key design elements.
This 'hands off' approach is as follows:
0 - 3K Sq Ft | 15 - 30 Images | Usually 1.5 - 2 hours
3 - 5K Sq Ft | 30 - 50 Images | Usually 2 - 3 hours
5 - 7K Sq Ft | 45 - 60 Images | Usually 3 - 4 hours
7 - 9K Sq Ft | 60 - 75 Images | Usually 4 - 6 hours
If you are looking for more of a customized photography experience, Spacecrafting’s Custom Residential Photography structure will be perfect for you. Our Quarter, Half Day or Full Day is the perfect scenario that allows the client more flexibility to art direct and style each image. These shoots can have a predetermined shot list and allow you to be part of the creative and collaborative process as we work together to showcase the project and tell its story.

This 'hands on' style of shooting takes more time per shot and is as follows:
1/4 Day Rate | 1-2 hours
1/2 Day Rate | 3-4 hours

Every image is retouched by hand through an extended editing process to showcase in your portfolio and reflect your brand.
We provide blue skies on a cloudy day - blue skies are guaranteed on every exterior image
The retouched images are sent to the client 4-6 business days after the photo shoot
Additional enhancements are available
Each photoshoot from Spacecrafting provides you with full-size images to use for print and ad work, and web-size images for online marketing and social media. Both at 300dpi for optimal quality

Commercial Portfolio Photography
Commercial Portfolio Photography sessions have a predetermined shot list and allow you to be part of the creative and collaborative process on site as we work together to showcase the projects details. We listen to your needs and how you were involved in the space to best represent you. This photography appointment includes a professional photographer and an art director on site.
